There are none! Actihire works on an income-split basis, so we take a cut of the revenue we generate, meaning there is literally no payment at all from the school to us.
100%, we manage everything but you retain control, using your facilities for school events and activities as normal whenever you need them and having input into what clubs and groups are hiring your spaces.
Actihire are vastly experienced at moving existing hirers and bookings over on to our systems. We can honour slots and prices and give ‘special’ treatment to hirers the school have great existing relationships with.
We can come out to view your school and create your no-obligation proposal within 7 days. From there, if you want to become an Actihire partner school we can be up and running 6-8 weeks from the signing of our school agreement document.
No, Actihire operates a 3 year agreement but with a 12-week break clause without penalties, so if we’re not delivering the service you expect you can easily take your lettings back in-house.
